TOKYO - Display and specification Toyota Prius C lately been heard and leaked in cyberspace. Full specs actually revealed on the internet. After a few days out the leaked specs, Toyota tried to confirm further that the Prius C will also be manufactured in Europe.
As reported autoevolution , Sunday (10/23/2011) request C Prius in the U.S. market is quite a lot, but for the European market, Toyota is not yet known. However, it did not rule out the Prius C will be produced and marketed for the European automotive market.
According to information compiled, Toyota Motor Manufacturing France (TMMF) believe that the automotive market in Europe for the Prius C is very good, and will soon start producing in 2012 with production centers in the U K. Because the Prius in the UK market share is quite promising.
On the other hand, the Prius C is equipped with 1.4-liter gasoline engine capable of spitting out 74 hp and torque of 111 Nm (81.9 pounds-ft) coupled with electric motor that can produce 61 to 169 Nm (125 lb-ft). Combined output of 100 hp channeled to the front wheels through a CVT transmission.
Before manufactured in Europe, the Prius C this will make his debut at the Tokyo Motor Show 2011 event will be held next November. While the Prius C U.S. version will debut in January 2012 in Detriot Motor Show 2011. (LATEST CAR NEWS)
