Kia Focus On Quality Not Quantity

SEOUL - South Korean manufacturer Kia, strives to become one of the largest car manufacturer in the world. However, Kia's efforts to be achieved by improving the quality rather than quantity of products.

It affirmed Kia CEO Lee Sam-ung, who said that his company would seek ways to achieve sales targets without opening new production facilities.

Kia has a target of selling 2.5 million units of cars this year, and is currently trying his best to achieve it. Lee Sam-ung talk about the plan at an event launching a new Kia Rio recently.

"Global car demand is expected to worsen. But we will launch new models, and strengthen the local promotion and increase competitiveness brand to overcome, "explains Lee Sam-ung.

To help achieve sales goals, Kia will improve product quality and raise brand image. Although current production can only facilitate the production car, Kia would rather focus on the nature of its product excellence.

Last year, Kia Rio the previous model is the third variant of Kia's best selling globally, with total sales of 224,942. Kia expects that number increased to 260,000 units next year with the presence of a new model .
